Again with the name XPOMERCAT Perpignan the Mercat de Flor i Planta Ornamental de Catalunya offers next March 16th from 9:30 to 17 pm an exhibition of flowers and plants in Perpignan, with the aim of attracting new customers and retain the current coming from the South of France, while seeking to establish new business relationships.
XPOMERCAT PERPIGNAN is structured as a showroom for professionals, free admission upon reservation, where attendees could learn about and ask for the wide variety of flowers and plants produced and marketed in Catalonia from the Mercat. Seasonal plant, perennial, rose bushes, aromatic, culinary and medicinal plants, trees and shrubs, conifers, climbing plant, indoor plant, cacti and succulents, cut flowers, greenery, and florist accessories will be the stars of this show.
In addition, in XPOMERCAT PERPIGNAN there will be be a demonstration of floral art by Eduard Maynegra, who won the Spanish Cup of Floral Art in 2013 and will be the spanish competitor in the next European FLorist Championship, on 2015.
The showroom has the support of the Casa a Perpinyà de la Generalitat de Catalunya, and aims to be an important step in the internationalization of the market. With this action, and the XPOMERCAT that will be held on March 9th for the local public, wants to establish itself as a flagship of floriculture and ornamental horticulture cluster located in the Maresme.
